The simple method of manual lifting can be used for single-layer light steel workshop with small eaves height. For the buildings with high eaves height of office buildings, the hoisting method can be adopted. 1)實(shí)測(cè)安裝板材的實(shí)際長度， 按實(shí)測(cè)長度核對(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)板號(hào)的板材長度， 需要時(shí)對(duì)該板材進(jìn) 行剪裁。

2)將提升到作業(yè)面的板材按排板起始線放置，并使板材的寬度覆蓋標(biāo)志線對(duì)準(zhǔn)起始線。 并在板長方向兩端排出設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)造長度。

3)用緊固件緊固兩端后，再安裝另一塊塊板，其安裝順序?yàn)橄茸宰?右)右(左)，后自下而上。

4)安裝到放線標(biāo)志點(diǎn)處，復(fù)查彩鋼板安裝的偏差,當(dāng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求后進(jìn)行板材的全部緊固。不能滿足要求時(shí)，應(yīng)在下一標(biāo)志段內(nèi)調(diào)正，當(dāng)在本標(biāo)志段內(nèi)可調(diào)正時(shí)，可調(diào)整本標(biāo)志段后再緊固，依次展開安裝。

4) Install to the setting out mark point, recheck the installation deviation of color steel plate, and fasten all plates after meeting the design requirements. If it can not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted in the next sign section. When it can be adjusted in this sign section, the sign section can be adjusted before fastening, and then the installation can be carried out in turn.

5)安裝夾芯板時(shí)，應(yīng)擠密板間縫隙，當(dāng)就位準(zhǔn)確,仍有縫隙時(shí)，應(yīng)用密封膠填充。

6)在緊固自攻螺絲時(shí)應(yīng)掌握緊固的程度，不可過度。

7)板的縱向搭接， 應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)鋪設(shè)密封條和設(shè)密封膠，并在搭接處用自攻螺絲或帶密封墊 的拉鉚釘連接，緊固件應(yīng)拉在密封條處。

7) For longitudinal lapping of plates, the sealing strip and sealant shall be laid according to the design, and the lap joint shall be connected with self tapping screw or rivet with sealing gasket, and the fasteners shall be pulled at the sealing strip.
