活動(dòng)板房下面共有10厘米厚的地坪，下面是8厘米的混凝土墊層，上面是2厘米的水泥砂漿地，上面固定了6厘米的方形鋼管立柱，立柱相連構(gòu)成整個(gè)屋架，然后把鍍鋅彩鋼板用螺栓固定在屋架上。鍍鋅彩鋼板厚80毫米，兩面是0.4毫米的鍍鋅鋼板，中間是泡沫一樣的聚苯材料，鋼板放水、防火、耐用，聚苯材料隔熱、保暖、輕便。彩鋼板是互相扣在一起的。

每九套板房設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)取水房和廚房，房子和居民的房子大小一樣，取水房安裝大約15個(gè)水龍頭，廚房的灶臺(tái)施工時(shí)已經(jīng)砌好，上面能放6、7個(gè)灶具，基本可以讓九家同時(shí)做飯。施工時(shí)地下已經(jīng)鋪上了直徑200毫米的下水管道，廚房、取水房的下水口都已經(jīng)連通，整個(gè)安置點(diǎn)不會(huì)存污水。

This kind of movable plank house has strong seismic capacity and can be disassembled and reused after 3-5 years of use. At present, our construction site in Anxian county has to install hundreds of such movable plank houses every day. On the ruins after the earthquake, these brand-new huts have become a warm new home for the affected people.
