Generally, the metal roof has the following areas that need waterproof treatment: horizontal lap, vertical lap, fan port, protruding roof pipe, air conditioning pipe, around daylighting board, ridge, gutter, junction between metal plate and parapet, screw fastener and other metal roof waterproof weak links.

預(yù)處理：

Pretreatment:

施工前仔細檢查金屬屋面，確保金屬屋面牢固、干凈、無銹蝕、無冰凍物，不符合上述情況則分別作如下處理：

Before construction, carefully check the metal roof to ensure that the metal roof is firm, clean, free of rust and frozen objects. If the above conditions are not met, the following measures shall be taken:

A、更換已生銹固件,在適當?shù)奈恢迷黾庸碳?

A. Replace rusted fasteners and add fasteners at appropriate positions

B、用除銹砂紙將生銹區(qū)域打磨干凈,直呈現(xiàn)金屬本身顏色,然后涂一層基層涂料.

B. Grind the rusted area with derusting sandpaper until it shows the color of the metal itself, and then apply a layer of base paint

C、去除冰凍物，灰塵及其它臟物.

C. Remove ice, dust and other dirt

施工工藝：

Construction process:

A、金屬屋面搭接處:金屬屋面搭接處先涂一層基層涂料，在其仍為濕潤時，把15～20厘米寬的聚酯布嵌入其中，再從上面用基層涂料充分浸潤聚酯布，以全干。

A. Metal roof lap joint: the metal roof lap joint shall be coated with a layer of base course coating. When it is still wet, insert 15 ~ 20cm wide polyester cloth into it, and then fully soak the polyester cloth with base course coating from above until it is completely dry.

B、金屬屋面的突出物(如煙囪、出氣孔、風機口等):裁剪尺寸、形狀合適的縫織聚酯布，并按技術(shù)要求裁剪好，在突出物周圍涂一層基層涂料，把裁剪好的縫織聚酯布鋪于其上，再從上面用基層涂料充分浸潤聚酯布，確保不起泡、不起皺。

B. Protrusions of metal roof (such as chimney, air outlet, fan port, etc.): cut the sewn polyester cloth with appropriate size and shape, and cut it according to the technical requirements. Apply a layer of base course coating around the protrusion, lay the cut sewn polyester cloth on it, and then fully infiltrate the polyester cloth with base course coating from above to ensure no blistering and wrinkling.

C、金屬屋面固件：用10㎝×10㎝的縫織聚酯布，按上述同樣的方法處理。

C. Metal roof fasteners: 10cm × 10cm sewn polyester cloth shall be treated in the same way as above.

D、金屬屋面天溝：天溝搭接縫,落水口等處先用金屬屋面防水系統(tǒng)進行局部防水處理，然后在更大防水范圍涂一層涂料,在其仍為濕潤時鋪上聚酯布,再從上面用漿料充分浸潤聚酯布,以全干.少12小時后,然后再涂一層漿料.

D. Metal roof gutter: metal roof waterproof system shall be used for local waterproof treatment at gutter lap joint and water outlet, and then a layer of coating shall be applied in a larger waterproof range. When it is still wet, polyester cloth shall be paved, and then the polyester cloth shall be fully soaked with slurry from above until it is completely dry. After at least 12 hours, a layer of slurry shall be applied

E、在做好防水處理的區(qū)域涂二層表層涂料，表層涂料的總涂覆率為35m2/20升(可以一次涂刷，但建議分兩次涂刷，保持總涂覆率不變)。

E. Apply two layers of surface coating in the area with good waterproof treatment, and the total coating rate of surface coating is 35m2 / 20L (it can be applied at one time, but it is recommended to apply it twice to keep the total coating rate unchanged).

F、基層涂料的單層的涂覆率為40m2/20升，聚酯布的利用率為90％。
