一、工地工程板房搭建施工要求

1、 Construction requirements for construction of plank house on construction site

(1)工程板房安裝，應(yīng)由具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的施工企業(yè)、或生產(chǎn)廠家承擔(dān)。安裝單位應(yīng)根據(jù)合同文件、安裝圖紙以及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制安裝施工方案，并按方案組織實(shí)施。

(1) The installation of engineering plank houses shall be undertaken by construction enterprises or manufacturers with corresponding qualifications. The installation unit shall prepare the installation construction scheme according to the contract documents, installation drawings and relevant standards, and organize the implementation according to the scheme.

(2)工程板房層數(shù)多不應(yīng)超過2層，每層建筑面積不應(yīng)超過300㎡，并且大于200㎡時(shí)，其疏散樓梯的數(shù)量不應(yīng)少于2部。房間門樓梯的大距離不應(yīng)大于25m，樓梯的凈寬不應(yīng)小于1.1m。宿舍房間的建筑面積不應(yīng)大于30㎡，房間門應(yīng)朝疏散方向開啟。

(2) The number of floors of the project plank house shall not exceed 2, and the building area of each floor shall not exceed 300 m2, and when it is more than 200 m2, the number of evacuation stairs shall not be less than 2. The large distance from the room door to the stair shall not be greater than 25m, and the clear width of the stair shall not be less than 1.1m. (3)工程板房安裝完成后，應(yīng)由安裝單位進(jìn)行自檢，經(jīng)自檢合格后應(yīng)由施工總承包單位組織監(jiān)理單位、使用單位、安裝單位進(jìn)行聯(lián)合驗(yàn)收，合格后方可交付使用。

(3) After the installation of the prefabricated house, the installation unit shall conduct self inspection. 二、工程板房硬性要求——防火

(1)所有臨時(shí)工程板房材質(zhì)須為新型阻燃材料，臨時(shí)工程板房建筑層數(shù)都不超過2層，并按要求設(shè)置疏散樓梯。
