鋼結(jié)構(gòu)活動(dòng)板房是目前使用為廣泛的臨時(shí)住房建筑，雖然活動(dòng)房的主要骨架是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的，但它的地基可不是，大多數(shù)地基是混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)活動(dòng)板房對(duì)地基的硬度有一定要求，地基的硬度決定了要不要做特殊處理，打好地基對(duì)于工程來(lái)說關(guān)重要。

The hardness of the foundation determines whether special treatment is necessary, and laying a good foundation is crucial for the project.
1.要進(jìn)行硬度測(cè)試，特殊的地形和地基的硬度對(duì)建造活動(dòng)房來(lái)說有較大的差別，應(yīng)當(dāng)作特殊的處理，保證鋼結(jié)構(gòu)活動(dòng)板房可以順利安裝，確保其質(zhì)量，技術(shù)人員應(yīng)該提前進(jìn)行測(cè)量。
Firstly, hardness testing should be conducted. Special terrain and foundation hardness have significant differences for the construction of prefabricated houses, and special measures should be taken to ensure the smooth installation of steel structure prefabricated houses and their quality. Technical personnel should conduct measurements in advance.
2.完成了地基的測(cè)量后，接下來(lái)就是基礎(chǔ)澆筑，這時(shí)的在于必須先測(cè)量好水平，在完成了澆筑后，應(yīng)該控制水平的誤差在10mm內(nèi)。必須要保證基礎(chǔ)面水平在誤差以內(nèi)，這樣才不會(huì)影響后續(xù)的工作進(jìn)程。
After completing the measurement of the foundation, the next step is foundation pouring. At this point, the key is to measure the level first. After completing the pouring, the horizontal error should be controlled within 10mm. It is necessary to ensure that the level of the foundation surface is within the error range, so as not to affect the subsequent work process.
3.混凝土標(biāo)號(hào)，一般情況下基礎(chǔ)為c20且內(nèi)無(wú)鋼筋，當(dāng)然，在特殊的地形或者其他不可抗拒的條件下，應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)技術(shù)人員的測(cè)定來(lái)頂下終方案。
3. Concrete grade, usually based on c20 and without steel bars inside. However, in special terrain or other irresistible conditions, the final plan should be determined based on the determination of technical personnel.
4.澆注時(shí)間，跟常規(guī)的混凝土澆筑工藝一樣，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)活動(dòng)板房同樣不可以減少工藝程序，基礎(chǔ)澆筑完成后或者活動(dòng)板房安裝之前應(yīng)該留充分的時(shí)間讓混凝土達(dá)到硬度要求。
4. Pouring time: Like conventional concrete pouring processes, steel structure prefabricated houses cannot reduce the process procedures. After the foundation pouring is completed or before the installation of the prefabricated house, sufficient time should be left to ensure that the concrete meets the hardness requirements.
5.澆筑，制作基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí)，必須跟室內(nèi)地面一起澆筑完成，水平高度跟基礎(chǔ)一樣，這樣可以確保安裝工期、質(zhì)量以及安裝后的美觀?；顒?dòng)板房安裝好了以后，在室內(nèi)鋪地板，這樣既方便又整潔。
5. Pouring, while making the foundation, must be completed together with the indoor floor, with the same horizontal height as the foundation, to ensure the installation period, quality, and aesthetics after installation. After the installation of the prefabricated house, the floor should be laid indoors, which is both convenient and tidy.
