　　Color steel composite panel

　　彩鋼復合板，是潔凈室中常見的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)，是用彩涂板和不銹鋼板材等作為面材，以巖棉、鋁蜂窩、聚氨酯、紙蜂窩、玻美板等作為芯材，復合而成的復合板，具有防塵、、耐腐蝕、防銹、防靜電等效果，廣泛應用于醫(yī)療、電子、食品、生物、化妝品、航空航天以及精密儀器等潔凈室環(huán)境。按照制作工藝，分為手工板和機制板。

　　Color steel composite panel is the most common enclosure structure in clean rooms. It is made of color coated panels and stainless steel plates as surface materials, and rock wool, aluminum honeycomb, polyurethane, paper honeycomb, glass foam board and other core materials. 　　手工板可按需方工程要求定尺生產(chǎn)，組合安裝，不僅能大量減少建筑物的基礎(chǔ)工程和結(jié)構(gòu)工程費用，且能多次拆裝，施工安裝方便快捷，綜合效益十分顯著。如果對防火性能有特殊要求，還可以選用防火板。
