1. Polyester

　　PE涂料對(duì)于材質(zhì)有良好的附著性，彩涂鋼板易于加工成型，價(jià)廉且產(chǎn)品多，顏色和光澤的選擇余地大。聚酯涂料對(duì)耐紫外光性與涂膜耐粉化性，并不理想，因此PE涂料的使用仍需受到一些限制，一般用在空氣污染不嚴(yán)重的地區(qū)或需多次成型加工的產(chǎn)品。

PE coating has good adhesion to materials, color coated steel plates are easy to process and form, cost-effective, and have a wide range of products, with a wide range of color and gloss options. Polyester coatings do not have ideal resistance to UV light and powdering, so the use of PE coatings still needs to be limited. 　　由于聚酯含有活性基，極易和其它高分子化和物反應(yīng)，為改良耐陽光性與粉化性，以色澤保持性與耐熱性優(yōu)的樹脂作變性反應(yīng)，和PE的變性比可于5%—50%之間，SMP提供鋼板更好的持久性，其防蝕年限長(zhǎng)，當(dāng)然其也更高，但因樹脂對(duì)材質(zhì)的附著性和加工成型性并不理想，因此彩涂鋼板并不適用于需多次成型加工的場(chǎng)合，大部分用于建筑屋頂及外墻。

　　高耐候聚酯樹脂在合成時(shí)采用含環(huán)己烷結(jié)構(gòu)的單體，來達(dá)到樹脂的柔韌性、耐候性和成本的平衡，采用不含芳香族的多元醇和多元酸來減少樹脂對(duì)光線的吸收，達(dá)到涂料的高耐候性能。涂料配方中加入紫外線吸收劑和位阻胺提高漆膜耐候性能。高耐候聚酯卷材涂料在國(guó)外已被市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可，該涂料性價(jià)比十分突出。

High weather resistant polyester resin is synthesized using monomers containing cyclohexane structure to achieve a balance between flexibility, weather resistance, and cost. Aromatic free polyols and acids are used to reduce the absorption of light by the resin, achieving high weather resistance of the coating. Adding UV absorbers and steric hindrance amines to the coating formula improves the weather resistance of the paint film. High weather resistant polyester coil coating has been recognized in the foreign market, and its cost-effectiveness is very outstanding.

　　樹脂有很好的耐水性和耐化學(xué)藥品性，一般以高固形份涂裝，能提供平滑的涂膜或輕壓花處理作壓花涂膜;由于涂膜為熱可塑性樹脂，具有高膜厚，能提供鋼板良好的保護(hù)。但耐熱性較弱。在早期在歐洲使用較多，由于其屬性相對(duì)較差，目前使用越來越少。

Resin has good water resistance and chemical resistance, and is generally coated with high solid content. It can provide a smooth coating or light embossing treatment as embossing coating; Due to the use of thermoplastic resin as the coating, it has a high film thickness and can provide good protection for steel plates. 　　由于聚偏二氟乙烯的化學(xué)鍵與化學(xué)鍵間，有很強(qiáng)的鍵能，因此涂料具有非常好的防蝕性和色澤保持性，在建筑工業(yè)用彩涂鋼板涂料中，是屬于產(chǎn)品，且分子量大又為直鍵型結(jié)構(gòu)，因此除耐化學(xué)藥品性之外，機(jī)械性能、耐紫外線和耐熱性能也很突出。在一般環(huán)境下，其防蝕年限可達(dá)20—25年之久。近年來，國(guó)內(nèi)開始盛行以三氟氯乙烯和乙烯酯單體共聚的含氟樹脂，大量應(yīng)用于建筑的外墻和金屬板。
